Series List[]
- DHB Series: The first series, released starting in 2002, using the DHB System. DHB B-Daman are built on a very similar parts-based system as those from the preceding E-Unit Series from Super B-Daman, using small bolt-like "DHB Rivet" parts to affix body parts and Custom Parts to a central core. The visual profile of DHB B-Daman is somewhat unusual, resembling a squat jet fighter fuselage and canopy with arms and legs, rather than the more upright humanoid profile of most B-Daman. The series is named after, and built around, the Direct Hit Battle game mode and play pattern, with the core designed to accept a special accessory that adds a reactive target to the front of the unit. The core's canopy designed to hold a small plastic chip called an Emblem Stone that is ejected when this reactive target is hit, providing a mechanism for judging victory in DHB-style play. Although the body format of the DHB System would be abandoned with the release of the succeeding Zero System, some Custom Parts from the system would see backwards-compatibility with the DHB accessories of later Battle B-Daman toy series. B-Daman from the DHB Series were principally depicted in the early chapters of the B-Legend! Battle B-Daman manga.
- Zero Series: The second series released, using the Zero System.
- Zero2 Series: The third series released, using the Zero2 System.
- Zero2 Strike Shot Series: The fourth series released, unusually for a series division having no new system and simply continuing to use the Zero2 System but expanding on its concepts by adding in Strike Shots.
- Cartridge Series: The fifth series released, using the Cartridge System.
- Digital B-Daman Series: The sixth series and final Battle B-Daman toy series released, using its own unique Digital System.
