B-DaBreakdown Part 1 is the forty-fifth episode of the Battle B-Daman series. It first aired in Japan on November 08, 2004.

Plot

Joshua seeks out Yamato and asks him to help unlock Cain's true heart, but is he leading the gang into a trap, or does he really want Cain to be free hearted again? Also Wen decides how to free Li, but can he get by the members of the Neo Shadow Alliance?

Trivia

During when Cain battles Grey, Cain's shield sight turns green in a brief moment.
This is one of the only two episodes of Battle B-Daman that Wen Yong Fa appears in, but Li Yong Fa does not. The other episode is B-DaBreakdown Part 2.
Joshua says that he has helped Cain his whole life, yet that would have been impossible since Cain wouldn't have been born at the time of Joshua's birth.
This is the only episode where Cain can be seen wearing his dark gray and indigo over coat with the white cross, without the large encrusted chest and black and yellow shoulder plates with red diamond like designs. However he still wears the large encrusted chest and shoulder plates when he shows up to try to turn Joshua back to his side.
