The Power Manteau (Japanese: パワーマント, Pawā Manto) is a Tune-Up Gear focusing on Power, as its name suggests. It was released in two versions; the first under the Pen-B System on September 25, 2010 for 608円 with a reissue for the Core Change System on October 15, 2010 for 904円.
Overview[]
The Power Manteau consists of two pieces: the "mantle" and the Trigger "pad". The mantle connects to a Pen-B or Core Change System B-Daman via the rear area of its Hold Parts. It thus connects through the Trigger and narrows those Hold Parts, stopping them from moving to create an even stronger Power shot. As for the pad, it slides down on the Trigger to create additional surface area when firing. As a result, two fingers can now be used for pushing it for increased Power and Precision.
It is important to note that its BM-12 release (CBC number CBC-064) included a yellow Trigger as Pen-B B-Daman do not have customizable Cores. Due to this, its CB-18 (CBC number 065) variant excluded that piece to fit into any Core Change or Emblem Charge System B-Daman Trigger. Also, the BM release was red with yellow stickers whilst the CB release came in blue with gray, yellow and black stickers. There is also a yellow version with black and red stickers packaged exclusively with the CB-23: Super Custom Set Power & Rapid-Fire Type.
