W.B.M.A. Proto 01

Description

W.B.M.A. Proto 01 is a B-Daman featured in the Break Bomber and DX Break Bomber 7 sets. It is a generic B-Daman also used in the Cross Fight B-Daman anime by Ryuuji Sumeragi before his possession by Smash=Dragold. Basara Kurohuchi, in a flashback, was also shown to have had one at one point when it broke during a challenge. At the ending of Episode 52, Ryuuji gains a new W.B.M.A. Proto 01, one that can speak like any B-Daman that possesses a B-Animal, due to the B-Animals being enabled to speak freely to their partners after being returned to their B-Daman bodies. 

Appearance

The W.B.M.A. Proto 01 is a simplistic black B-Daman without an animal motif like most other B-Daman. It possesses a green visor with purple flame details on its crest, and on the either one is a stylized "01", representing the B-Daman's name. It is also a bit smaller than the other B-Daman, too. Its orange-colored trigger is based on the mold of those used in the earlier Battle B-Daman toys, too. The prongs in its core are also orange. Lastly, its Leg Parts have three-in-one v-decals (white, black, and gradient yellow/red).

Customizability

W.B.M.A. Proto 01's Arm Parts, though removable, are not compatible with the other Core Change System B-Daman due to their small size. Not only that, but the 01's core cannot accomodate barrel-based Tune-Up Gear pieces either, in addition to the Leg Part being unremovable, and it is the same with the Head Part. However, 01 can accomodate the safety power blocks of the B-Daman's Core Parts, as well as the magazine-based Tune-Up Gear.
